Sambamerica Dance Collective is a performance group, based in San Diego, that celebrates the sacred and sensual connection to the divine body. Founded by Vika S. Hernandez, the unique and one-of-a-kind repertoire is inspired by various genres of dance from Latin America, primarily focusing on Brazil. Integrating Samba-Reggae, Samba, Afro-Brazilian Dance, Funk and more, the group delivers an explosive and high-energy show in celebration of the human spirit.
